Venezuela

The coast of Venezuela reveals a succession of islands and wild coves each different from the other. Los Roques : A half hour flight from Caracas, Gran Roque are the only inhabited islands at the west of the offshore islands and the cruising area incorporates Los Roques and Las Aves archipelago if you stay more than 2 weeks.
Los Roques Islands is one of the biggest marine reserve archipelago in the world. With a very special flora and fauna, white beaches and clear turquoise warm water, born with a natural wealth above and under water. Los Roques is protected by a Great Barrier Reef that surrounds all of the Islands and makes sailing safe and pleasant.
Puerto La Cruz: : At the east of the northern coast is the center of yachting in Venezuela. You can easily fly from Caracas or Margarita to Barcelona Airport, at 20 minutes. There are over than six marinas and you can find all the services for your yacht. The sailing area from Puerto La Cruz includes La Tortuga, La Blanquilla, Margarita, Mochima national Park and Los Testigos.
