Suggested Itinerary
WHEN TO GO: NOVEMBER-APRIL Day 1 Arrive in Westhaven Marina for lunch at Islington Bay on Rangitoto. Spend your first charter night in the beautiful Onetangi Bay on Waiheke Island. This island has wonderful walks to offer, along with some stunning scenery. Day 2 Coromandel Peninsula Anchor overnight at Te Kouma harbour. An ideal holiday retreat, Te Kouma is near many of the Coromandel's attractions. Day 3 Great Barrier Island/Port Fitzroy This area is perfect for diving. You will find numerous seafood restaurants with the most extraordinary menus. Day 4 Whangaparaoa This town is located on North Island. Whangaparaoa is Māori for "Bay of Whales", and pods of orca and dolphin are regularly spotted in the waters off the peninsula. Day 5 Kawau Island Spend the night at Bon Accord Harbour. Visit Governor Grays Mansion House. This island also has incredible walks to offer, with beautiful views over the coast of New Zealand. Day 6 Gulf Harbour Marina Gulf Harbour Marina is a lively spot in New Zealand, offering a vibrant nightlife and many things to see and do.
