VOR 70 SFS is The ex Puma, skippered by American, Ken Read in the 2012 Volvo Ocean race and the sistership of Groupama, winner of that same race. A strong symbol : SFS unites a winner of the Round the World Regatta, an olympic champion and many-time world champion who share the same value : work, competition and passion for their sport.

BGYB is delighted to announce the addition of the racing yacht VOR 70 SFS II to our charter fleet!

The Volvo open 70 is the former class of racing yachts designed for the Volvo Ocean Race. The Volvo Open 70 is not a singular yacht design or boat, but rather a set of design rules to which competing boats must adhere. A strong symbol : SFS II unites a winner of the Round the World Regatta, an olympic champion and many-time world champion who share the same values; work, competition, perseverance and passion for their sport.

Previously named “Puma Mar Mostro”, she won the New York Yacht Club  Transatlantic race in 2011 in 7 days, this was her first race. She finished 3rd in 2011/2012 The Volvo Ocean Race.

With SFS the boat won the following races :

- Cowes - Dinard
- 900 nautiques de St Tropez
- Tour de Corse
- Heineken Regatta
- Voiles de Saint-Tropez
- Juris Cup

SFS II will be available for racing charter during the winter season in the Carribean at the following regattas:
- Caraïbe 600
- Heineken
- Antigua Sailing Week

She will then be available during the Summer season in Europe at these events:
- Palma Vela
- Volcano Race
- "Volvo Ocean Race Legend Regatta" or Giraglia Rolex Cup
- Copa Del Rey
- Voiles de Saint Tropez 2018

She is also available for Transatlantic charter.
