In 2001, somewhat by chance,he took the role of cook onboard a Swan 68’ (La Révérende) and thoroughly enjoyed the yachting experience. Determined to follow this as his vocation, Franck returned to France to study the art of cuisine, achieve his qualifications as a chef and gain experience in some of France’s finest restaurants. Embarking Vacoa in 12-2014 his individual and simplistic style of gastronomy makes him a valuable component of the charter experience. In truth however, the last word on his dedication and delectable fare should comefrom a recent guest: “Chef Frank was ridiculous. Positively ridiculous! Heworked in the galley up to 12-hours each day preparing the most attractive food I've ever seen onboard a yacht. The quality, the variety and the adventurous nature of the meals were nothing short of perfection. And the way Frank took care of our guest limited by food allergies was beyond our wildest dreams. Polite, friendly, and always interested in serving, this chef is a delight!“
