These included exterior styling unique to this design and distinguishing her interior arrangements by the full beam cabin and studio on the owner’s private deck.

The completely controllable multi position transformer steps and platform provide a choice of methods to access the water, positioned at various depths allowing safe and comfortable access to the water and is a great solution for swimming for all ages.

The motor yacht RMK4500 "KARIA" stowage is a very important feature on the yacht, allowing for good sized high performance tenders. An arrangement has been designed under the foredeck to prevent prime space being lost at the aft  end of the yacht. Two flush fitting hatches cover the spacious high performance tenders to protect them from the elements, even in the most severe conditions, leaving the entire foredeck clear for other uses. It has also been designed to carry two additional boats or jet skis etc on top of the hatches if required.

The brief for the interior design of the motor yacht RMK4500 "KARIA" given to Design Unlimited was to create a welcoming comfortable environment that would be suitable for extended Mediterranean holidays, as well as long-distance cruising. The theme for the interior is based on contemporary Asian design using influences from Thailand and Japan. This has resulted in a rich palette of materials being assembled by the team which incorporate specialised  finishes such as gold leaf stencilling, custom lacquering, parchment and shagreen. Combined with the finest selection of silks and other sumptuous fabrics, they give an eastern theme to complement and contrast with the contemporary uncluttered space of the interior. Dominant materials like the dark Wenge timber are offset by light fabric panels, white grooved ceilings, and decorative shoji screens which, when illuminated by the carefully considered ambient lighting, create a warm and relaxed atmosphere and serene living space that has luxurious simplicity. The combination of these elements give the yacht a truly relaxing ambience both suitable for family relaxation yet easily transformable for impressive entertaining.
