The BGYB Sales Department have seen an incredibly fast start to 2019, result of BGYB’s strong marketing in 2018. We exhibited a total of 10 yachts between the Palma Superyacht Show, La Grande Motte Multihull Boat Show, Cannes Yacht Festival and Monaco Yacht Show.
The Episode 22 presents an overview of the Autumn 2018 yacht market and also all our boats for sale and available for charter.
The Episode 21 presents the BGYB Open Day on the 1st June in Antibes which aims to maximize the visibility of the luxury sailing yachts available for charter with us, or with our partners. Invited brokers will even have the chance to sail and have lunch onboard our yachts.
BGYB is working on the development of a Yacht Management service and currently manages motor and sailing yachtsbetween 60 and 135ft. Our Palma office is also expanding; working through an intermediary, Morgane Candlot, who has contributed to our charter activity.
Business activity has remained stable although the market quietened towards the end of 2016, with market tendencies for 2017 likely to remain uncertain until the Palma Superyacht Show 2017, where we will exhibit two very impressive sailing yachts: 104ft OCEAN’S SEVEN2 and 83ft WALLY ONE.
2016 has been highly successful for the BGYB Charter Department, with a marked increase in the number of confirmed charters, and 20% more days of charter across our fleet than in the previous year.
As a company always looking for opportunities for growth, BGYB is delighted to announce the extension of its network to Switzerland, thanks to its new partnership with Schmidt Yachting.
