Antigua Yacht Show: 65th Edition 2026

From 4–9 December 2026, the Antigua Charter Yacht Show will bring international charter professionals together in English Harbour for its 65th edition. Held across Nelson’s Dockyard Marina, Falmouth Harbour Marina and Antigua Superyacht Marina & Resort, the event traditionally marks the opening of the Caribbean season. Brokers, captains, crews, vendors and media can discover yachts positioned in the region, meet their teams and exchange around the charter market. Professional yacht viewings, seminars, culinary competitions and networking events shape six days focused on onboard service, industry connections, new charter opportunities and the trends defining the season ahead.

Why Is the Antigua Charter Yacht Show Important?

What Is the Antigua Charter Yacht Show?
Founded in 1961, the Antigua Charter Yacht Show celebrates its 65th edition in 2026. Held at the beginning of December, it brings together key members of the international charter industry as yachts arrive in the Caribbean for the winter season. The event allows professionals to assess charter yachts directly before recommending them to clients.

Where Does the Antigua Yacht Show Take Place?
The show is centred around English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour on the southern coast of Antigua. Yachts are accommodated across Nelson’s Dockyard Marina, Falmouth Harbour Marina and Antigua Superyacht Marina & Resort. UNESCO-listed Nelson’s Dockyard provides one of the historic focal points of the event.

Why Do Charter Brokers Attend the Show?
The show gives charter brokers the opportunity to inspect yachts before presenting them to clients. They can explore onboard spaces, meet captains and crews and better understand the standard of service offered aboard each yacht. These professional inspections provide valuable first-hand knowledge ahead of the Caribbean charter season.

What Does the Professional Programme Include?
Alongside yacht inspections, the programme includes industry meetings, seminars and networking opportunities. The Chef Competition and yacht table design and service competitions also allow crews to demonstrate their skills, giving attending professionals further insight into the level of hospitality and service available aboard participating yachts.

Why Does Antigua Open the Caribbean Season?
Held shortly before the Christmas and New Year charter period, the show takes place as much of the international charter fleet moves into the Caribbean. Antigua therefore becomes an important meeting point for discovering yachts, meeting their crews and understanding the programmes available ahead of the principal winter charter weeks.
