Aboard SATORI, dining is an integral part of the journey, not just a service. Her 35m² interior saloon is Onboard SATORI, dining is more than a service—it’s a central part of the experience. With a professional open-view kitchen at the heart of the interior space, guests are invited to observe the chef at work and, if they wish, take part in the process. Meals are both a moment of enjoyment and a chance to connect with the food. Guided by a farm-to-plate philosophy, the chef sources the freshest local ingredients at each destination. The daily menus highlight regional flavours- whether it’s a simple seafood lunch made from the day’s catch or a more elaborate tasting menu inspired by local harvests.
Guests can dine outdoors on the mid-deck or gather around the elegant mahogany bar, enjoying a relaxed and sociable atmosphere at sea. For those keen to explore further, onboard cooking sessions are available on request, offering the chance to learn regional recipes in an inspiring setting.
SATORI is also home to a climate-controlled wine cellar with space for up to 250 bottles. The selection includes biodynamic wines from the owner’s estate, Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscany- Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Rosé made with care and character. Guests can request wines in advance, bring their own favourites, or discover new labels along the way.
