BGYB announces the sale of ROSE DE JAVA, a 15.24-metre Marsaudon TS 50 catamaran designed by Christophe Barreau. Built in France, refitted in 2023 and located in Tahiti, this lightweight multihull was created for fast offshore cruising.
Performance TS 50 Now Sold
Built in 2005 by Marsaudon Composites, ROSE DE JAVA combines lightweight construction, sailing performance and cruising comfort. Her spacious aft cockpit, bright interior and three double cabins provide accommodation for up to nine guests with additional berths. New sails from 2022/23, a watermaker, solar panels and lithium batteries equipped this TS 50 for extended offshore cruising. The sales presentation highlighted a versatile performance catamaran designed for long-distance sailing, comfortable life at anchor and independent cruising in remote destinations.
A Performance Cruising Catamaran
Designed by Christophe Barreau and built in France by Marsaudon Composites, ROSE DE JAVA is a lightweight 15.24-metre TS 50 catamaran created for fast cruising, offshore sailing and long-distance passages, including in light winds.
Recent Refit and Equipment
Built in 2005 and refitted in 2023, this performance catamaran features new 2022/23 sails, a watermaker, solar panels and lithium batteries, providing greater autonomy for bluewater cruising and extended sailing programmes.
Accommodation for Nine Guests
ROSE DE JAVA accommodates up to nine guests in three double cabins with additional berths. Her bright interior and spacious aft cockpit provide comfortable areas for sailing, entertaining and relaxing at anchor.
Equipped for Adventure
The catamaran carries diving, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, paddleboarding, wakeboarding and fishing equipment, together with a Volvo D2-40F engine. This versatile setup was ideal for exploring Tahiti and French Polynesia.
