SPIRIT OF MALOUEN X at the Palma Boat Show

SPIRIT OF MALOUEN X was showcased by BGYB at the 42nd edition of the Palma International Boat Show, held from April 30 to May 3, 2025, in Palma de Mallorca. Displayed alongside six other BGYB yachts available for sale or charter, this Wally 107 attracted interest with its high-performance build and proven offshore record. Originally launched in 2012 as HAMILTON, the yacht was designed by Judel-Vrolijk & Co and built by Wally Yachts & Green Marine. Later extended by 7 feet, she was optimised for both fast Mediterranean cruising and top-level competition in events like the Middle Sea Race and RORC600.

SPIRIT OF MALOUEN X – Exhibited at the Palma International Boat Show 2025

Constructed in pre-preg carbon for an optimal strength-to-weight ratio, SPIRIT OF MALOUEN X features a SOUTHERN SPAR high-modulus carbon mast, new rigging (2023), and a powerful sail plan of 640m² upwind and 1,500m² downwind. A hydraulic system and HARKEN winches ensure control at speed, while her stylish, functional interior by Design Unlimited includes four spacious cabins.
