SURPRISE: the Alibi 65 Catamaran Leaves Greece for Sète This October
Currently cruising in Greece, SURPRISE, an Alibi 65 catamaran for sale, will return to her home port of Sète, France, in October. This 20.37m catamaran designed by Loïc Goepfert, carbon-rigged and already round the world, will be available for viewings on the French coast this autumn.
Alibi 65: SURPRISE, from Greece to Sète
Launched in 2015 by Alibi Catamaran to a design by Loïc Goepfert, SURPRISE is a 20.37m catamaran built for long-distance cruising. Her lightweight composite construction, 10.15m beam and 1.85m draft open up ocean passages and shallow anchorages alike. She has completed a full circumnavigation, a record that speaks for her seagoing qualities. Powered by twin 75hp Yanmar 4JH4/TE engines and rigged with a 26m rotating LORIMA carbon mast, she is finishing her season in Greece. SURPRISE will then return to her home port of Sète, on the French Mediterranean coast, in October.

High-performance carbon rig
She carries a 26m rotating LORIMA carbon mast and a Park Avenue carbon boom, paired with a full DOYLE sail wardrobe. The set-up is built for fast, comfortable passages.
Strong self-sufficiency at sea
SURPRISE is equipped with dual Starlink connectivity, an 18-panel SOLBIAN solar array, a 15 kVA generator and a 200 l/h watermaker. Everything needed for extended time away from the dock.
Four guest cabins plus dedicated crew quarters
Accommodation takes up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite double cabins, with 2 further cabins for a crew of 3. The saloon offers a 360-degree panoramic view over the water.
