GEMS II is a 40.5m tri-deck motor yacht built by Tamsen Yachts, with a refit listed in 2022. She features a GRP hull, semi-displacement configuration, teak decks, an 8.6m beam and a gross tonnage of 358 GT. Her exterior and interior design are listed as Tamsen Yachts in-house.

GEMS II accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 en-suite cabins. Her layout includes a full-beam master suite on the main deck, two VIP double cabins and two twin cabins with Pullman berths. The technical specifications also list 5 crew quarters and 8 crew berths.

In terms of performance, GEMS II is powered by twin MTU 16V2000M93 engines of 2,400 HP each. Her cruising speed is listed at 12 knots, with a maximum speed of 15 knots and a range of 800 nautical miles. The yacht is also equipped with two 90 kW Kilopak-John Deere generators, ABT Track Fin stabilizers and VEEM zero-speed gyro stabilizers fitted in 2022.

Her exterior areas include an aft deck with a large sunpad and extendable alfresco dining table, as well as a foredeck with a U-shaped settee, jacuzzi and two tables. GEMS II also features a garage and fold-down swim platform, a Williams 505 waterjet tender, Sea-Doo GTX 300, 20m full-size water slide, water skis, wakeboards, snorkeling gear, inflatables and fishing equipment.

On board, GEMS II is equipped with a Miele galley, a wine cellar at the entrance to the lower deck, Crestron integrated AV system, 11 flat screen TVs, 10 Apple TV units, Wi-Fi across the main areas and navigation equipment including Furuno radars, Anschutz autopilot, Anschutz gyro compass, Saab AIS and Saab GPS system.

Important note: the brochure states that GEMS II is currently out of class, cannot move under her own power from the dock, and will require technical and cosmetic updates to return to full operational status, particularly for commercial charter use. She is offered for sale in her current condition, with works mainly related to RINA requirements.
