Outremer 55 Catamaran ZENO Now Available for Sale

Composite construction and 2025 refit

ZENO benefits from a reinforced composite construction, built in La Grande Motte by Grand Large Yachting Méditerranée – Outremer to a design by VPLP Design. This catamaran has undergone a full refit by Grand Large Services, the builder’s refit service, completed in October 2025. The works are covered by a 24-month yard warranty, valid until 1 October 2027 and transferable to the buyer, a reassuring asset for owners looking for a modern, ready-to-go catamaran.

Carbon mast and electric winches

ZENO is equipped with a fixed carbon mast and Kevlar shrouds, a technical configuration designed to optimise sailing performance. 24V Harken electric winches at the working stations and a Line Driver captive mainsheet winch make handling easy for a small crew, while delivering a dynamic, precise and enjoyable sailing experience.

Large saloon-cockpit area

ZENO’s saloon and aft cockpit form a large, open and bright living area. This seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces creates a welcoming atmosphere on board, ideal for long passages, relaxing at anchor or enjoying life with family and guests. The layout promotes easy circulation, excellent visibility and comfort, while providing a highly functional space for extended cruising.

Long-range cruising configuration

With four double cabins, each with its own ensuite, a 100 l/h watermaker, 2,090 W of solar panels, a Mastervolt lithium house bank and a 10 kW Fisher Panda generator, new in 2026, ZENO has been designed to offer real autonomy at sea. Certified CE Category A (Ocean) for 8 persons, this catamaran allows for long-distance cruising with a high level of comfort and independence on board. ZENO therefore meets the expectations of owners wishing to travel far aboard a reliable, modern and well-equipped performance catamaran.

Complete North Sails 3Di sail wardrobe

ZENO features a complete North Sails 3Di sail wardrobe, from mainsail and self-tacking jib to staysail, Code Zero, gennaker and spinnaker, with 152 sqm of upwind sail area, allowing for efficient and versatile sailing in a wide range of wind conditions. This high-quality sail inventory provides excellent flexibility, whether optimising speed in light airs, sailing efficiently downwind or maintaining strong performance over long distances. It perfectly complements ZENO’s profile as a fast and capable cruising catamaran.
