BLACK SAILS is a 39.95 m Wally 130 high-performance sailing yacht, with naval architecture by Javier Soto Acebal and exterior styling by Amanda Levete. Her all-black livery, Carbon Nomex construction and teak deck give her a unique silhouette. Built for racing as well as cruising, she accommodates up to 11 guests in 4 cabins, looked after by a crew of five.
An All-Carbon Wally 130
Built in Advanced Carbon Nomex, this yacht by Javier Soto Acebal features an all-black livery and a teak deck. Her exterior styling is by Amanda Levete.
An Award-Winning Interior
A first refit at Lürssen, with Harrison Eidsgaard Design, won the 2011 World Superyacht Award for Best Refit. A second at Hinckley Yachts in 2013 kept this interior immaculate.
Ready to Race
Hall Spars carbon mast and boom, EC6 carbon standing rigging and North Sails: she moves easily from cruising to regattas. Last dismasting and service in 2024.
New Equipment in 2024
New lithium batteries, air conditioning and keel cylinders, plus a sandblasted and retreated hull: this refit builds on the upgrades made every winter by the current owner.
A Deck Made for Entertaining
The free-standing deck furniture hosts small groups and can be fully removed for racing. An awning shelters the area, and the open transom forms a terrace on the sea.
