CALEDONIA

CALEDONIA is a true oceangoing centreboard steel sloop.  She was built in 1998 - 2000 in Makkum in the Netherlands according to the wishes of her first owner who lived onboard for 17 years. CALEDONIA proved her seaworthiness in the rough cold waters (East-West route through the ice over Asia and Europe as well as over Canada) as well as in the Caribbean. She is equipped with a crash box up front. Furthermore, she has several watertight compartments such as the stern garage, aft cabin, engine room and workshop).

In 2020/2021, CALEDONIA underwent a major refit, which was completed in the first month of 2021. Beyond numerous works and upgrades, she was totally repainted, hull, deck and interior bilges.

She is therefore in very good condition. A new construction of a comparable sailing yacht would cost approx. 2 million EUR. CALEDONIA is a fantastic opportunity to acquire a well-reputed ocean-going sailing yacht for worldwide cruising.
