SMOOTH OPERATOR is a 39-metre motor yacht built by renowned Dutch shipyard Jongert in 2011. Constructed entirely in aluminium, she combines Northern European build quality with a distinctive fast-planing profile and impressive performance. Powered by twin MTU 16V M93 engines delivering 4,200 HP each, she reaches a top speed of 26.4 knots, while offering a cruising speed of 12 knots and an economical speed of 9 knots.
Designed to offer both performance and comfort, SMOOTH OPERATOR features a custom layout including a gym and sauna, as well as an extensive flybridge offering generous outdoor living areas. Her aluminium construction has allowed for a highly individual arrangement, while her Naiad zero-speed stabilisers contribute to comfort both underway and at anchor. She was built to RINA LY2 Commercial Code standards.
Her accommodation comprises five staterooms for up to 12 guests, including a full-beam Owner’s cabin, VIP cabins and twin cabins with additional Pullman berths. Separate crew accommodation is provided for up to five crew members. The yacht also benefits from updated entertainment equipment including new TVs, sonos audio and a new camera system.
With a substantial 44,500-litre fuel capacity, SMOOTH OPERATOR offers a range of approximately 2,800 nautical miles at 9 knots. Her combination of high-speed capability, long-range cruising potential and extensive onboard amenities makes her a distinctive proposition within the 40-metre motor yacht market.
