Sailing Yacht · 25,40 m QUARTA SANTA MARIA

QUARTA SANTA MARIA is a true icon of the sailing world, combining timeless elegance with modern performance. Built in 1993 by the prestigious Italian shipyard Cantieri Sangermani, this IMS maxi racer-cruiser was designed by the renowned American naval architects Sparkman & Stephens and features a refined design by Lucio Micheletti & Partners. Thanks to a complete refit in 2021 at Cantieri Mostes, this yacht seamlessly blends tradition and innovation, offering exceptional sailing performance and absolute comfort.

The mahogany interior gives QUARTA SANTA MARIA a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 10 guests in five luxurious cabins, including a spacious owner’s suite with a king-size bed, two cabins with queen-size beds, and two twin cabins. Each cabin has its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring optimal comfort on board. The crew has two dedicated cabins, accommodating up to three members, guaranteeing discreet and efficient service.

The elegant saloon is designed with a large dining area and comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing after a day at sea. The fully equipped galley, featuring high-end appliances, allows for the preparation of gourmet meals worthy of the finest chefs.

The 85 m² teak deck provides a spacious and welcoming outdoor living area, with a 12 m² guest cockpit featuring a large dining table, a bimini, and a spray hood for optimal comfort while sailing. The folding transom opens up to a swimming platform, ideal for enjoying the crystal-clear waters.
