ATLANTIC: A World Tour by Luxury Sailing Yacht
ATLANTIC is setting out on an extraordinary journey around the world, from Panama and a Pacific crossing to French Polynesia, New Zealand, Tasmania, Australia and Vanuatu. A remarkable long-distance adventure aboard a 64.50m classic schooner built to cross oceans and explore remote destinations.
ATLANTIC: A Worldwide Charter Journey
ATLANTIC is beginning a new chapter with a world tour that will take the 64.50m classic schooner through some of the planet’s most remarkable cruising grounds. Built in 2010 and refitted in 2025, this recreation of the legendary 1903 ATLANTIC accommodates up to 12 guests across 6 cabins. Her programme will cross the Pacific, travelling from Panama to French Polynesia before continuing towards New Zealand, Tasmania, Australia and Vanuatu. It is a rare opportunity to follow one exceptional sailing yacht across continents and experience each destination at the natural pace of an ocean-going schooner.
Where Will ATLANTIC’s World Tour Lead?
Where Will ATLANTIC’s Adventure Begin?
The programme will begin during Winter 2026/2027 with a stop in Panama, before ATLANTIC sets out across the Pacific. Part of the ocean passage towards the Marquesas Islands may also be available for charter for up to 8 guests, subject to final confirmation of the programme.
Why Discover French Polynesia in 2027?
From June to September 2027, ATLANTIC will continue through French Polynesia. Lagoons, volcanic islands, coral reefs and open-water passages between archipelagos provide a spectacular setting for a schooner designed for ocean crossings and long-distance exploration.
What Comes Next in Winter 2027/2028?
ATLANTIC will then head towards New Zealand and Tasmania between December and February, before continuing to Australia in spring 2028. This stage of the journey will introduce an entirely different range of cruising grounds, from New Zealand’s dramatic coastline to the vast shores of Australia.
Why Explore Vanuatu in 2028?
From May until the end of August 2028, Vanuatu will mark another major chapter of the journey. Volcanic islands, coral reefs, secluded anchorages and distinctive local cultures make this South Pacific archipelago particularly well suited to ATLANTIC’s spirit of long-distance exploration.
How Far Will ATLANTIC’s World Tour Continue?
The programme is then expected to take ATLANTIC towards Indonesia and Micronesia during Winter 2028/2029, followed by the Philippines and Japan in Summer 2029. These later stages remain provisional, but they reflect the extraordinary scale and ambition of her journey around the world.
