Built in 1968 by the renowned Italian shipyard Carlini in Rimini to a design by Sparkman & Stephens, CRAZY LIFE is a beautiful classic S&S 37 sailing yacht measuring 11.27m LOA with a 3.00m beam. She embodies the timeless elegance of 1960s racing yachts, combining pure lines with genuine performance.

Her hull is carvel-planked in mahogany, built without caulking using close-seam planking, a hallmark of Carlini’s craftsmanship. CRAZY LIFE has been lovingly maintained and continuously upgraded: a plywood and teak deck renewed in 2021, her SOLE Marine 27 HP engine serviced in 2024 with a new gearbox, an aluminium mast repainted and standing rigging replaced in 2026, plus a new LiFePO4 service battery. A regular competitor at prestigious Mediterranean regattas — Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, Régates Royales, Les Voiles d’Antibes and Corsica Classic — she pairs classic character with genuine racing pedigree.

On deck, her varnished wood coaming shelters a well-protected cockpit, complemented by an attractive teak deck. Her sail wardrobe is extensive: two 25m² mainsails, a 35m² genoa (light and heavy), a solent, and 85m² tri-radial spinnakers (light and heavy), all handled through a Profurl furling system and BARBAROSSA winches.

Below decks, CRAZY LIFE offers a forward cabin for two and a central saloon, accommodating up to 5 guests in total. She also features a chart table to port, a forward head to port with WC, washbasin and shower, plus a galley fitted with a two-burner gimballed cooker and pressurised cold water.
