FREE AT LAST is a stunning 28.8m luxury performance sailing yacht by the renowned Spanish shipyard Monty North. This winter she is based in the Caribbean and will be attending the prestigious ARC race. Therefore, this is the perfect yacht for both competitive racing or luxury serenity.
FREE AT LAST has a delightful teak deck, perfect for outdoor socialising and alfresco dining. The U-shaped sofa can be converted into sunbathing areas, should guests prefer a moment of tranquility overlooking the waves. Inside, FREE AT LAST is cosy and welcoming, thanks to the wood decor and dark fabrics. However, this is hardly a claustrophobic space. Large panoramic portholes and ceiling hatches flood the main saloon with natural light, giving it a vast, open feel. This sailing yacht can welcome up to 8 guests across one spacious master cabin and 2 convertible cabins, each with their own ensuite. Located at the opposite end of the yacht to the kitchen, the cabins become a private retreat.
The ARC (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers):
Every year since 1986, over 200 boats and 1200 people gather at the 'Atlantic Rally for Cruisers' to sail from Las Palmas, Gran Canaria to Saint Lucia. The 2700NM sail across the Atlantic is certainly a challenge, but ARC welcomes both experienced racers and families with children. With 2 weeks of pre-departure activities included, this is as much a social experience as it is a competitive race, and all sailors are welcomed with celebratory refreshments upon arrival in Saint Lucia. Both beds and entire cabins are available to rent aboard FREE AT LAST from the 23rd of November to the 6th of December, should you wish to participate in what is described as a 'must do' for many sailors.
