Yacht charter : DARK STAR OF LONDON

The 27.50-metre DARK STAR OF LONDON is a magnificent yacht built by the renowned French shipyard Trehard. This sailing yacht is timeless performance reborn, embodying classic soul and modern luxury. Designed by the architect Martin Francis, whose work is always remarkable and practical, this sailing yacht is often mistaken for a Swan due to her similar lines and fittings. 

Born as a global racer under the name Buzy B, DARK STAR OF LONDON retired in 2000 and underwent a major rebuild at Camper & Nicholsons, where her interior was redesigned, and her engineering and electrical systems were replaced. Her exterior was fitted with new teak decks, and between 2023 and 2024, and again in 2026, she experienced her second rebirth with further interior and technical upgrades.

As for the exterior, DARK STAR OF LONDON has teak deck with sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun, and a superb stern platform ideal for water sports or easy access to the water for a swim. DARK STAR OF LONDON has a generous cockpit with plenty of seating and a central folding table for alfresco dining. The boat is equipped with a bimini for optimum comfort in all weathers. The helm station is separated and located aft.

Inside, you will find an elegant cherry-wood saloon, comfortable furnishings and a host of modern features. The saloon is spacious, with the living room to starboard and the dining table to port. All guest cabins are located forward of the saloon, separated from the crew areas to respect the privacy of guests on board. When it comes to entertainment, you have everything you need on board for a great holiday: water sports activities, a good Wi-Fi connection and an outdoor screen for movie nights. 

DARK STAR OF LONDON can accommodate 10 guests in 5 cabins, making her the perfect boat for a charter with large families or groups of friends. Each cabin features its own en-suite shower room, offering ultimate convenience. You'll find a luxurious master cabin, two spacious cabins with comfortable double beds, and two charming cabins with bunk beds, perfect for children. Air conditioning ensures comfort in all cabins, even on the hottest afternoons and nights.

For quayside events, DARK STAR OF LONDON can welcome up to 25 guests.

The yacht is overall in solid condition, showing a high level of upkeep. Interior is very nice, the bedding and features in the cabins were thoughtfully arranged, and it was great to have plenty of drawers for storage.
