Yacht charter : OVER THE RAINBOW OF LONDON

OVER THE RAINBOW OF LONDON is an exceptional classic motor yacht with a rich history. Delivered by Dicky & Sons in 1930, this 35m yacht was initially under the ownership of W.G Hetherington of Glasgow, emphasising her luxury pedigree. However, OVER THE RAINBOW OF LONDON is not only known for her classic beauty and elegant charm. In World War II, she was used by the royal navy, evidence of her excellent seaworthiness. She could be described as a yacht that reincarnates, having adopted many different names and uses, including a floating casino in the 1940s and retreat for several celebrities, including Churchill and Madonna. In the 1990s, she was fully rebuilt under the instruction of Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon and experienced other thorough renovations in the 2010s, bringing us the showstopping yacht that we see today.

Her extensive outdoor space includes shaded dining and lounging areas, as well as numerous sun-soaked decks, perfect for making the most of Mediterranean rays. The interior exudes elegance, boasting stylish mahogony wood-panelling and much British charm. The main saloon strikes the perfect balance between being cosy and airy, thanks to the panoramic portholes, offering constant views over the ocean.

Guests are accommodated across 4 refined cabins, including a generous master suite and pullman beds for added flexibility. Each cabin is equipped with its own television, transforming each one into a private retreat.
